About Kappaluppa Company
Kappaluppa Company is located in the Denver, Colorado, area building web stuff since 1996 and is owned and operated by me, Kathy Chavez. With 15 years experience in web design & development and project management it is obvious I like what I do. Love. It. I am hands on in all aspects of our projects and also work with a core team of professional design and programming contractors to give my clients the best products and services available to meet their needs and budgets. But rest assured I will give your project full attention to detail. I'm your one contact. I will work directly with you through all stages of the project.
We are not your typical Mon-Fri, 9-5 shop. We work with you on your schedule and are available via Skype, instant message, email, phone and text. If you are local we love to meet face to face if that works for you. If you are out of town and your project requires, we can work out travel options to discuss your project.
We are very active in development communities as members of various users groups, collaborating online in IRC chat and virtual study groups. Since we work primarily with open source software we think it is imperative that we give back to the community when ever possible. In addition to a passion for web design & development I love to play RockBand, World of Warcraft & am getting into League of Legends and Dragon's Age. I am a fan of The Guild web series. Codex (Felicia Day) rocks! But the full driving force for everything I do is my dedication to my family. Raising kids as a single parent has its challenges, but, I have two awesome teens to prove it is worth it.
